The Eames Plastic Armchair DAR is available for delivery in 2 weeks. The Eames Plastic Armchair, produced in 1950, is formed of a polypropylene plastic shell, similarly to the Eames DSW Chair. The significant difference between the two products is the addition of arms which increase the body support of the chair and add to the comfort. The Eames Plastic Armchair was originally produced for a Low Cost Furniture Design competition at the New York Museum of Modern Art and has since verified itself as a classic Eames piece with the introduction of variation in base and colour.
Materials: polypropylene seat shell, dyed through. DAR = Dining Height Armchair R-Wire Base COPY WATCH: We only sell genuine authorised original Eames.
