String® Pocket metal is sold as a complete shelf but is equally flexible as String® System. String® Pocket invites creativity and personality where you can combine two or three String® Pocket shelves into one larger shelf. Mix and match different colours to suit your style and preferences.

The perforated metal shelves with low edge, 2 cm, makes it possible to add hooks and rods (30 cm and 58 cm) to increase the storage possibilities. String® Pocket metal is sold as one complete unit containing two wire panels, height 50 cm, and three metal shelves, width 58 cm and depth 15 cm. 

String Pocket is the smallest composition in the String collection. It was designed in 1949 by the Swedish architect Nils Strinning. Its simple construction of a powder coated steel frame, which wooden elements hang from, gives the String Shelving system a refined, timeless and unpretentious appeal. This adds to its enduring popularity and highly practical versatility.
