Fluidity Skyway Titanic
-
The Fluidity Skyway Titanic is a Hand-Tufted rug made from Botanical Silk materials with a pile height of 14 mm.
The Botanical Silk used in Ferreira de Sa's rugs is derived from a vegetable yarn produced from wood pulp that is carefully collected from conscious managed forests. This botanical silk is eco-friendly, biodegradable and 99.8% of the solvents used to convert wood pulp to silk are recycled and reused repeatedly. These fibres are certified with the internationally recognized EU Ecolabel, an environmental quality label only awarded to products and services which have a significantly lower environmental impact throughout their entire lifecycle. Botanical Silk provides a smooth and plush finish for the most luxurious silky feel, since the pile moves when walked on like silk-velvet. The light reflecting properties and softness of the Botanical Silk looks and feels both elegant and comfortable at the same time. This yarn is antibacterial, breathable and moist-absorbing to regulate any room temperature.
